Luke Flansburg is a Bozeman, Montana–based musician, guitarist, singer, and educator with over two decades of experience on regional stages. Known for his versatile playing and deep musical feel, he moves comfortably between classic rock, jam, funk, grunge, and improvisation-driven music.
He performs with several prominent Montana projects, including Pinky & the Floyd (Pink Floyd tribute), Dead Sky (Grateful Dead tribute), Tsunami Funk, Oppo, and as a solo acoustic artist blending originals with crowd-connecting covers. When he’s not on stage, Luke teaches guitar and bass at Music Villa, helping the next generation of musicians find both skill and soul in their playing.

Big SKy SUmmer Shootout
We are proud to continue the Shootout tradition with the 3rd Annual Big Sky Summer Shootout Film & Photo Festival. From the mountains and rivers to events, happenings and everything in between. If it's part of Big Sky summer then it's part of The Shootout. This year’s film and photo submission window is May 1st-August 16th.
The premiere is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25th 2025 at The Waypoint. Showtimes @ 6 PM & 8 PM.

Lone Peak Film Festival presents the Local Filmmaker’s Showcase, August 11 from 6:30pm-8pm.
The festival focuses on Montana stories, Indigenous stories, conservation and stories of human resilience. The creators, who are all locals, will be in attendance for a live Q&A after the screening, Come celebrate the power and joy of inspiring local short films!
